Refund Policy:

1. Cancellations Before the Program Starts:

   • If you need to cancel your enrolment before the program’s start date, a full refund will be issued.

2. Cancellations After the Program Starts:

   • If you cancel within the first week of the program, we will issue a partial refund, deducting the cost of materials and resources provided.
   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the first week of the program, as we commit resources and secure a place for each enrolled student.

Returns Policy:

1. Damaged or Defective Materials:

   • In the rare event that you receive damaged or defective materials from our program, please notify us immediately. We will replace the materials at no additional cost.

How to Request a Refund or Return:

• To initiate a refund or return request, please contact our customer support team at sales@3dprintingacademy.uk or via phone 01753 299 369. Provide your full name, program details, and the reason for your request.

• Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days, and refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

• Please note that all refunds are subject to review and approval by 3D Printing Academy.
