We want the website, information and education services to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our working digital accessibility target, but this statement does not claim full conformance without a formal audit.
What the website is designed to support
- Keyboard access to core navigation and forms.
- Browser zoom and text resizing without unnecessary loss of content.
- Logical headings, labels, focus visibility and descriptive link text.
- Understandable validation and error messages.
- Responsive use on common mobile, tablet and desktop screen sizes.
- Alternative text for meaningful images where practicable.
Known limitations and third-party content
Older plugin screens, payment interfaces, downloadable documents, embedded maps or video, and complex interactive CAD or learning tools may not meet every target. Some are controlled by third parties. We continue to review high-use journeys and will prioritise barriers that prevent access to booking, account, contact and course information.
Programme access and reasonable adjustments
Contact us as early as possible if a learner, parent, educator or visitor needs a reasonable adjustment, alternative format, communication support or additional planning. We will discuss the individual need, the activity, available resources and safe participation. We do not apply a blanket approach to disability or support needs.
Alternative formats
We can discuss plain-text information, larger text, accessible digital documents or another reasonable format. Availability depends on the material and urgency, but we will explain what can be provided and the expected timescale.

Escalating a concern
