2. Acceptance of Terms
- By visiting our website, making a booking, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian to do so.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time, with changes taking effect once posted on this page.
3. After-School Clubs & Workshops
- All club bookings are made online through our website or an authorised school link.
- Full payment is required to confirm your child’s place.
- Refunds or cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
- If a club session is cancelled by the school or 3D Printing Academy, a make-up session or credit will be offered.
Students must behave responsibly and follow the instructor’s guidance at all times for safety reasons.
4. 3D Printed Products & Custom Orders
- All 3D printed items are made to order.
- Custom or personalised products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun, except in the event of a manufacturing fault.
- If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt at orders@3dprintingacademy.uk with your order details and a photo.
- Standard non-custom items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
5. Delivery & Turnaround
- Our standard production time is 3–5 business days for most orders.
- Delivery times may vary depending on demand, materials, and shipping partners.
- We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Digital Learning Content
- Online learning materials (if provided) are for personal educational use only.
- Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any digital material is prohibited.
7. Liability
- 3D Printing Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
All products should be used responsibly and under adult supervision when required.
